OUR HISTORY
Chitwan Samaj Australia was established as Aus-Chitwan Welfare Committee in 2011. It is a social organization based in Sydney NSW to support the Nepalese community inside and outside the continent. This non-for profit organization is basically involved in the welfare of people residing around Chitwan. The major activities will be supporting Nepalese people during Natural disasters, launching educational program, distributing textbooks to needy school kids etc.
2011
Establishment
- First meeting held on 29th of November 2011 decided to establish a non-for profit organizational comprising youths residing around NSW.
- Second meeting held on 06th December 2011 nominate the Name of Organization and temporary Executive Board.
- Third meeting held on 13th of December finalized the registration date, future strategies and segregate the duties among the team members.
- Aus-Chitwan welfare committee has been registered with Fair Trading on 23rd of December 2011 as per Associations Incorporation Act 2009. - Incorporation No: INC9896535.

with the renowned and very popular Nepalese Musical Band, The Axe at City Recital Hall, Martin Place.
