Chitwan Samaj Australia is saddened by the latest devastating rain-storm in Terai region, affecting the lives at Bara and Parsa districts of Nepal.
Following the decisions made by the team, Chitwan Samaj Australia’s President Mr Chhabi Sapkota has handed over the cheque of A$500.00 to
Mr Arun Kumar Thakur, President “Association of Nepal Terai in Australia – ANTA”, a Sydney based Terai-representing organisation. The cheque handover is made today in the presence of CSA and ANTA team to help the rainstorm affected population of Terai.
We wish this small step from our end can accommodate the need and provide a sense of reassurance to the grieved families.
Our prayers and condolences are with the deceased lives and bereaved families of Terai.
